Request For Proposal for Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) For the Kenwood Fire Station Remodel Project

The Sonoma Valley Fire District  (“District”) is requesting submission of Proposals (together, “Response(s)”) from firms, partnerships, corporations, associations, persons, or professional organizations qualified to be a Construction Manager at Risk (“CMAR(s)”) to perform construction management and delivery services, including preparation and coordination of bid packages, scheduling, cost control, value engineering, evaluation, preconstruction services, and construction administration,  in connection with the Kenwood Fire Station Remodel Project pursuant to a construction manager at risk contract for a guaranteed project cost, as provided by the Sonoma Valley Fire District Charter. All individuals, partnerships, joint ventures, corporations, or other recognized legal entities, that are appropriately licensed in California may submit a Response.
